Returns & Exchanges

You may exchange or return an unused item in its original condition for any reason within 15 days of purchase. Please pack items properly for return as you are responsible for their safe shipment; we recommend the original packaging. Contact us for instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Please note that we cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization Number.

Once we receive the item, we will credit you the purchase price (less shipping costs) to the payment method you used to make the purchase. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, we will also credit you back shipping costs.

Shipping

We ship UPS (except for a few very lightweight items, which we send via U.S. Postal Service). You have a choice of five delivery speeds, including:

  • UPS Ground (delivered in 1-5 business days)
  • UPS 3 Day Select (delivered in 3 business days by end of day)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (delivered in 2 business days, typically by end of day)
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver (delivered next business day, typically by 3:00 p.m.)
  • UPS Next Day Air (delivered next business day, typically by 10:30 a.m.)

Your shipping cost is calculated by UPS based on the weight of the package, where it will be delivered, and the delivery speed you choose. You will have an opportunity to review shipping costs on our checkout page before completing your purchase.

At this time, we’re sorry that we cannot ship to addresses outside of the U.S. and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
